Post Tensioned Foundation is a specific type of foundation using a slab of uniform thickness reinforced with steel tendons. The tendons are stretched taut, which places the entire foundation in compression to better resist various soil conditions.

Masonry Walls are mainly used for retaining walls and in structures. CMU (concrete masonry unit) walls are reinforced with rebar and grouted according to the usage. In retaining walls the cells are grouted solid, and in structure walls the cells containing the rebar are grouted.
